" Hector responded to a Yelp request for replacing termite eaten post that were falling apart. The built-on room also has a sloping issue, and rain comes in the bottom. I hadn't even thought that gutters would help that issue. They were able to save the decorative wood on my front roof too. I got a reasonable quote from Hector, and he has been great at communicating.
